Health & Fitness Data (Steps):
LifePulse uses the step counter (Pedometer) on your device solely for local processing. This data is used to determine if you have been active. The actual step count data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to our servers or third parties.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data to provide the App's core functionality (Safety Alerts):

• Contact Information:
  • Phone Number: Used to uniquely identify your account.
  • Emergency Contact Number: Used to send SMS alerts if you are inactive.
• Identifiers:
  • User ID: A unique identifier generated for your account.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To manage your "Check-in" timer and send emergency alerts when the timer expires.
• Communication: To send SMS notifications to your designated emergency contact.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share necessary data with the following infrastructure providers to operate the service:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting.
• Twilio: For sending SMS alerts to your emergency contact.

5. Your Rights

Since we use anonymous authentication or device-based accounts, you can delete your data by deleting your account within the app (if developed) or by contacting us.
